Color: Natural / Black / White
Subtypes: PA6, PA66, Glass-Filled PA, PA6 Black, Flame Retardant PA, Oil-Filled PA.
Price: $$ Lead Time: About 5-7 business days
POM (Acetal / Delrin)
POM provides excellent dimensional stability, low friction, and high stiffness. It is frequently chosen for precision gears, bushings, and mechanical parts that require tight tolerances and smooth operation.
Color: Natural (White) / Black
Subtypes: POM Natural, POM Black, Glass-Filled POM, POM+PTFE.
Price: $$ Lead Time: About 5 business days
PP (Polypropylene)
PP is lightweight, chemically resistant, and cost-effective. It performs well in applications that require fatigue resistance and is commonly used for packaging, automotive interiors, and medical disposables.
Color: Natural / Black / White
Subtypes: PP Homopolymer, PP Copolymer, Talc-Filled PP, Flame Retardant PP, Medical Grade PP.
Price: $ Lead Time: About 5 business days
PEEK
PEEK offers superior high-temperature performance, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength. It is the material of choice for extreme environments in medical, aerospace, and oil & gas applications.
Color: Natural (Beige) / Black
Subtypes: PEEK Natural, PEEK GF30 (Glass Filled), PEEK CF30 (Carbon Filled), Medical Grade PEEK.
Price: $$$ Lead Time: About 7-10 business days
We discuss real trade-offs with you. Glass-filled PA adds stiffness but increases tool wear. Our team flags these factors so you avoid over-specifying materials that inflate budget without delivering needed performance.

How Does InjectFast Injection Molding Process Work
At InjectFast, we make custom injection molding services simple and efficient.
Start by uploading your 3D CAD files and 2D drawings to InjectFasst’s website
Choose your materials, surface finishes, and shipping options. Get a fast online injection molding quote and expert manufacturability feedback within 24 hours.
We will produce and ship a T1 sample for your approval. You’ll have the opportunity to review every detail and confirm it meets your specifications. This process usually takes about two weeks.
Once you approve the T1 sample, we move into full-scale production. We uphold rigorous quality standards and precision at every step to deliver consistent, high-quality parts.
Once production is complete, we carefully package and ship your custom injection molded parts from our China manufacturing facilities directly to your doorstep, ready for immediate use.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is custom injection molding?
Custom injection molding is a manufacturing process where thermoplastic material is injected into purpose-built molds to produce parts with high precision and repeatability. It is an ideal solution for everything from functional prototypes to high-volume production runs.
Which materials can be used for injection molding?
We work with a wide range of engineering plastics and thermoplastics including ABS, PC, PP, PA (Nylon), POM, TPE, and specialty resins. Material selection is customized based on part performance, environment, and mechanical requirements.
What is the difference between prototype and production molding?
Prototype molding focuses on validating design, fit, and function in early development and may use simplified tooling. Production molding uses hardened molds optimized for long life and consistent output in mid-to-high volume orders.
How long does custom injection molding take?
Lead times vary based on mold complexity, part size, and order volume. Typically, prototype parts can be delivered in 2–4 weeks, while production orders are completed within 4–8 weeks after mold approval.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no strict MOQ — we support low-volume runs for prototyping or small batch production, as well as large-scale manufacturing. We tailor solutions based on your specific project needs.
Can I modify my design after the mold is made?
Minor design adjustments may be possible, but major changes usually require mold modification or new tooling. To reduce cost and lead time, we recommend optimizing part design and confirming specifications before mold fabrication.
How do you ensure consistent quality?
Quality is controlled with industry-standard inspection processes including in-process checks, dimensional measurement, and functional testing. Our ISO-aligned procedures help ensure every part meets design requirements and performance standards.
Do you offer additional services beyond molding?
Yes — Inject Fast provides full-service solutions including mold design, secondary operations (overmolding, insert molding), surface finishing (painting, printing, laser mark), assembly, and packaging, providing a turnkey manufacturing experience.
