What is custom injection molding?

Custom injection molding is a manufacturing process where thermoplastic material is injected into purpose-built molds to produce parts with high precision and repeatability. It is an ideal solution for everything from functional prototypes to high-volume production runs.

We work with a wide range of engineering plastics and thermoplastics including ABS, PC, PP, PA (Nylon), POM, TPE, and specialty resins. Material selection is customized based on part performance, environment, and mechanical requirements.

Prototype molding focuses on validating design, fit, and function in early development and may use simplified tooling. Production molding uses hardened molds optimized for long life and consistent output in mid-to-high volume orders.

Lead times vary based on mold complexity, part size, and order volume. Typically, prototype parts can be delivered in 2–4 weeks, while production orders are completed within 4–8 weeks after mold approval.
